Yesterday R2 casually mentioned to me (out of the blue, of course), "Mom, Dad says 'dammit.'
"Oh, he does?" I reply, stifling a big grin. Clearly she knows this is not acceptable behavior...but I'm not sure how she knows that.
"Yeah. Like when something goes wrong he says, "Dammit!" (She dramatizes this with a loud voice).
I couldn't stop laughing. Out loud. I realize this may translate into swearing at school. I just hope I'm there to see how the teachers handle it.

She might have gotten that from my boy. Oops! I would love to hear her say it! ha ha
Yes - we have had several conversations about "dammit". Luckily, she just looks confused when I yell "SIT".
