(R2 and beloved cousin J)
The Easter Bunny was very busy last weekend. She managed to bring something from three of the five grandparents to our house, and she hid hid what seemed like a gazillion eggs at Nana and Grandpa's (and Gigi's) house for Easter. Everyone had a wonderful time! The food and the company were delicious and delightful!
No one wore Easter bonnets, but we did have some other fancy accessories!
Nana's special occasion gardening gloves given to her by R2
C2 specially selected a pair of R2's shoes for the egg hunt
And, of course, R2's "just so" glittery slippers debuted on Easter Sunday
R2: (as she hunted eggs) That Easter Bunny is reeaally clever! I'm really clever, too!
C2 (chasing down his dad, sister and cousin as they walked around the block) Hey! I smell suckin!...Hotdogs! ("suckin" = something. He thinks all BBQ smells are hotdog smells)
Reaching in for an egg
Running to get the egg before her brother gets it!
Egg hunting partners, C2 and T (who is just as beloved as J)
