My two little ones inhabit a world of infinite possibilities. I can tell by the way they choose their clothes. On any given day, R2 will go through 4 or 5 outfits (sometimes more).
One day, R2 donned the outfit you see on the left. I couldn't tell if she was ready to go work in the garden, dance in a ballet class, or shop till she dropped. Probably all three.
C2 is starting to catch on to the dress-up delights. He decided to go incognito on this particular day. He had a rug burn on his nose; maybe he was trying to lay low and avoid the questions...the pacifier gives him away, though.

I'm looking forward to a slide show of all of Ruby's fabulous outfits! Dad will think it's a real treat if Chapin starts dressing up with "girlie" accessories like his cousin, Abe. Can't wait to see that, too!
They both look like movie stars! (And you should see the family movie we just watched of Miss Jordan in a nearly identical get-up to Ruby's (age 5), doing an Entertainment Tonight interview as a starlet. We laughed ourselves sick.)
